Open-plan entrance, living room, and bedroom in one curved bay-window space, with a three-piece vintage floral sofa suite already in place in decent structural condition.
Antique floor mirror and marble-top sideboard in the entrance area — decorative, worth keeping.
New: a round dining table added near the existing armchairs, for in-room dining — the existing armchairs are reused, no new chairs needed.
Bed frame already in place.
Bathroom has a double sink (opposite the shower), a toilet, and a separate shower cubicle — open without a door by design, no door needed.
Air conditioning already installed.
Suggest adding basic kitchenware, a compact cooktop, and a microwave — no kitchen setup currently for guest self-catering.
