Scope

What needs doing

Open-plan bedroom with a barred window and a built-in hallway closet — bed frame and mattress already in place. Air conditioning already installed.
Optional: upgrade the existing bed frame to a vintage cane-headboard design (matching Unit 3), to match the styling level of the rest of the unit.

The existing built-in hallway closet becomes a compact kitchenette — its sliding door is removed, and a wall shelf holds a compact cooktop, a microwave, an electric kettle, and basic kitchenware — no kitchen setup currently for guest self-catering.
Curtains needed — linen plus a blackout layer.
Bedding needed — 2 full sets, hotel-grade (king).
Clothing rack needed, freestanding in the bedroom (the built-in closet is now the kitchenette). Hangers needed (10x), good quality. Garment steamer needed. Frigobar needed. Tall side lamp and a bedside table needed. Tall coat rack, metal bins (2x), and 2 sets of towels needed.
